Sparta’s Perfect Score Breakfast
Shoutout to our Sparta, MI location for their perfect SQF score! Teamwork throughout the entire location made this possible. Thank you for your continued efforts - this is a fantastic achievement.
"To celebrate our perfect 100/100 SQF audit score, Spartas department managers cooked breakfast for the entire Sparta team.
On the bacon, we had Rob. On the eggs, we had Tim. Scott took on the critical role of the biscuits and gravy. Chris was a natural at the pancake station. Will bet on himself and mastered the sausage. Last but not least, Roger made toast as no like to one has ever done before."

Chris B. Quality Manager
"We are pleased to announce that Chris has been promoted to Quality Manager. Chris started with Packaging Personified 15 months ago and moved to the Quality Department as Quality Engineer in the 2nd Quarter of 2021, later taking on his more recent role as Quality Supervisor.
As Quality Engineer / QA Supervisor, Chris has overseen two successful SQF audits with excellent scores of 99 in 2021 and a perfect score of 100 in 2022. Chris has also helped bring Sparta’s quality metrics number back within target in 2021 and helped our team maintain that performance through today. Also, Sparta had the 2nd lowest internal non-nonconforming quality year in Sparta’s history, dating back to 2002.

“Lou Giacobbe has celebrated 40 years with Packaging Personified. During this time, Lou has supported Packaging Personified in several capacities, including Converting Operator, Press Operator, Mounting, Pressroom Supervisor, and Pressroom Manager. Lou has been in his current role of Production Scheduler for many years now, and his insights and effective management of this critical aspect of the business have been an incredible asset. We have been fortunate to share many years growing and advancing at PPI, but that is not all Lou has been a member of the family for so long that we have also had the opportunity to see his children grow, get married, and have children of their own.
Lou’s dedication, sense of humor, and performance in his various responsibilities have earned the appreciation and respect of the entire Packaging Personified team.
